Body + Soul Fitness wants to help you take charge with a 4 week progressive strength training program taking place at Toronto Rehab on Tuesdays at 7:00pm (Start date to be announced). This course will build on and progress the movements and exercises learned in our Introduction to Strength Training Level I. While the Level I course is recommended, it is not a pre-requisite in order to register for Level II.
