Body + Soul Fitness wants to help you take charge with a 4 week introduction to strength training program taking place at Toronto Rehab on Tuesdays at 7:00pm (Start date to be announced). This course will focus on how to safely strength train using proper movement mechanics and effective exercises.  Whether you are experienced or new to the idea of strength training, this program will help you feel comfortable working out on your own.
