Fitness and Lifestyle Assessment

An assessment will show us what fitness level you are starting at and will allow us to track your progress over time.  We will understand your strengths and your areas that need improvement.  With the results of the fitness assessment we will design the most effective program for you.

Our comprehensive fitness and lifestyle assessment includes a medical history, testing your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, strength, flexibility, and aerobic endurance.  We will also complete a functional movement screen (a series of tests to measure muscle strength and flexibility imbalances that you may have). 

We believe that healthy living is more than just what is accomplished at the gym.  This is why we complete a lifestyle questionnaire with you.  We want to understand what you are doing when you are away from the club, as that will have an impact on your success at the club.
