Brad Sloss

Personal Trainer

Since 2001, Brad has dedicated his career to the fitness industry, building a wealth of experience. His career has taken him from personal training to leading and mentoring teams of trainers, as well as working with future EMS, Fire and Police students to help them meet the demands of their careers. Brad shares his expertise in the classroom as a professor in Humber College’s Health and Wellness and Sport Management Programs. 

Over the years, Brad has worked with a variety of individuals, each with their own goals and challenges. No matter the setting, Brad wants to empower individuals to live their best lives, stronger, healthier, and more confident. His holistic approach to training challenges clients not only physically, but also mentally. He strives to empower others to take a proactive role in their health and embrace a lifestyle that supports their well-being in the long-term. 

When he’s not training, or teaching, Brad is investing in his own health and fitness through going to the gym, spending time outside, or playing a variety of sports, like pickleball.
