Marcus Rubiales

Personal Trainer

Marcus’ guiding principle is “movement is medicine.” He reminds his clients that showing up is always better than doing nothing, and that small, consistent steps lead to goals that once felt out of reach. 

With experience as a private trainer, studio manager, and soccer coach, Marcus brings a diverse background to his work. He’s trained young athletes to build speed and strength and helped adults lose weight and gain muscle. His sessions are fun, engaging, and designed to help clients feel comfortable and confident in the gym while still working hard. 

Marcus aims to show clients that their goals are achievable and that staying active, no matter how simple the movement, can have a powerful impact on their health and well-being. 

Outside of the gym, Marcus is always staying active anyway he can, enjoying soccer, golf and practicing Judo.
