We will be offering classes at our Front + Berkeley location throughout the week of July 16-21 in support of Good Foot Delivery. Good Foot Delivery is a non-profit organization that provides meaningful employment for individuals with developmental disabilities.

For 1 week only, attend unlimited classes for $25, and you can even bring a guest for free! Complimentary KIND bars and refreshments will be available.

Before checkout, you will be prompted to sign up for your preferred times. All proceeds will be donated to Good Foot Delivery.

Class Descriptions:

Hybrid Training with Julius
Boxing meets strength training with this heart-blasting workout. Julius combines agility and boxing techniques with the power of strength training. Weights, boxing equipment, and resistance equipment keep you challenged and excited for more.

Calisthenics with Jason
Muscle up with bodyweight exercises in this classic workout. Jason guides you to level up your mobility, build muscle, and improve endurance. Bodyweight moves enables each participant to push themselves and feel noticeably stronger.

Strength and Conditioning with Johnny
Train like an athlete. Johnny brings former professional soccer training to the gym floor with exercises that focus on building muscle mass and toning up. Learn the fundamentals of strength training that will benefit every aspect of your training routine.
