Dena has more than twenty years of experience helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Her training style is centered on building long-term healthy habits and she brings a supportive and positive energy to every session. With an education in exercise medicine and nutrition, Dena skillfully supports her clients as they recover from injury, build strength and make exercise a habit. 

In addition to supporting her clients as they work towards their goals, Dena wants her clients to walk away from each session feeling better than they did when they arrived. “I want to make sure they have fun, feel less stressed, and experience less pain,” explains Dena.  

When Dena isn’t training clients, you can find her out for a run, watching a movie on a rainy day, or spending time with her husband and dog.
