Emma brings a warm, energetic approach to personal training, celebrating body positivity within the fitness industry. She advocates that one size does not fit all, and that health and fitness come in all shapes and sizes. Emma’s background as an actress, dancer and competitive swimmer have given her a unique training style, allowing her to bring a fresh, fun outlook to every session. She wants to help you take on a positive perspective to your health and fitness.
Outside of the gym, you can find her hugging dogs, cooking a new recipe or obsessing over the latest board game.

I first joined because I needed the structure of personal training to keep me motivated. Over the years I have worked with several trainers, and for the past few years Emma has been my trainer. She is the best I have ever had.
Emma keeps me motivated not only during our sessions, but also in how I eat and how active I am outside the gym. I am finally starting to see the results I have been aiming for.
