Mel has a strong passion for fitness and believes it is a privilege to be able to move our bodies every day. Starting her fitness journey as a self-proclaimed ‘cardio bunny’, Mel has since shifted her workout routine to focus on strength-based training. She aims to inspire her clients by providing guidance and motivation to work towards a healthier life. No matter where you’re starting from, Mel’s goal is to have fun with her clients and help them discover their motivation, their “why”.
Mel lives and breathes adventure. Outside of the gym, she enjoys staying active whether she’s finding new trails to hike or cycle, kayaking, or snowboarding with friends.
