Ravi has always been passionate about biomechanics and how the body moves. For him, health is wealth. As a personal trainer, his approach is client-centered and holistic, focusing on the well-being and fitness goals of everyone he works with, teaching them about fitness and movement. 

“I teach my clients that safety and education are paramount. No matter what exercise you do, you have to perform it with safety in mind. I will ensure that every client uses proper form and technique, with an emphasis on science-based training and how exercise benefits the body.”  

Outside of personal training, Ravi loves to play cricket, table tennis, and being close to nature.
