Safe Baby and You

Specialized Training for Pre and Postnatal Fitness

Research shows that exercising before, during, and after pregnancy will keep you healthy and strong. It can make for a smoother delivery, improve your mood, help you recover faster, and lose weight after your baby is born. Physical activity can also reduce the risk of pregnancy-related illnesses such as depression by at least 25% and the risk of developing gestational diabetes, high blood pressure and preeclampsia by 40%.
