Haley uses her background in clinical kinesiology, rehabilitation work with hospital patients and experience with athletes to guide her evidence-based approach to coaching. For Haley, “evidence-based approach” means combining the best available research, her professional expertise, and her clients’ unique needs to guide each training session.
Two core lessons Haley strives to instill in her clients are the importance of commitment and consistency—there’s no shortcut to achieving meaningful goals—and the need to harmonize training with lifestyle. She helps clients understand that lasting results come from a balance of effort both in and out of the gym, and she supports them in bridging that gap to reach their goals and more.
When she’s not training, you can find Haley trying out new high protein recipes, attending yoga classes, or going for long walks.
