James’s story is one of incredible learning and transformation. After intentionally losing a significant amount of weight, he realized the results weren’t what he had hoped. Lacking the strength, energy and joy he was searching for, he knew he needed expert guidance.

Jad started personal training at Front Street location in Toronto in 2024. Now, he’s overcome an injury, lost weight, and discovered a passion in boxing.

With a family history of diabetes and hypertension, Rifat knew his lifestyle habits could play a role in his long-term health. Struggling with being consistent is something many of us can relate to. For years, Jack’s relationship with fitness was a cycle of inconsistent gym habits.
