Our original North York gym is located near the intersection of Leslie Street and York Mills Road. Our spaces are comfortable and include carefully selected equipment to support safe and effective workouts. Members enjoy a flexible, month‑to‑month membership and a stress‑free space designed to help them feel confident, motivated, and at home.

Monday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
