Ayden’s goal as a personal trainer is to help you build a relationship with fitness that enhances your life, not one that consumes it. He believes exercise should feel empowering, enjoyable, and sustainable, allowing you to hike without feeling limited, run trails with confidence, or take the stairs without getting winded.
Whether you’re new to training, looking to improve endurance, or working toward more specific, demanding goals, Ayden’s approach is structured, individualized, and grounded in empathy. He focuses on both the external elements of training, such as technique, programming and consistency, and the internal elements, including mindset, self-talk, stress, and identity.
By addressing both sides of the process, Ayden helps clients develop a healthier relationship with exercise. His goal is to support you in building sustainable habits and consistency, so your progress feels empowering, and aligned with your life.
When he’s not training, Ayden loves spending time in nature through activities like backpacking, mountain climbing and trail running, and has a strong interest in meditation, philosophy, and mindfulness. He’s also passionate about cooking meals and creating opportunities to bring people together and build meaningful connections.
