With extensive experience training diverse groups of people, Gurmehar understands the importance of a client-centered approach, taking the time to understand someone’s history, needs and goals to design custom programs. His detail-oriented approach focuses on the “why” behind every single movement which ensures not only progress but long-term success, both physically and mentally.
When he’s not training clients or working out, Gurmehar loves going for long walks, diving into a good book and spending quality time with friends and family.
