Personal Trainer

Having grown up playing competitive soccer, Malaika transformed her love for health and fitness into a career as a trainer. Recognizing the overwhelming amount of misinformation in the industry, she pursued certification to share evidence-based training that gave her clients sustainable, real results.  

Her education in psychology compliments her training style, allowing her to incorporate valuable learnings in goal setting, reinforcement, and habit formation. She believes in working smarter, not harder and uses strategic practices to help clients alleviate stress, reduce burnout, and encourage resilient and lasting habits. Malaika’s training style is collaborative and empowering, focusing on holistic, results-driven approaches that allow her clients to find motivation even amidst life’s challenges.  

Outside of the gym, Malaika enjoys outdoor activities, such as biking and hiking. She’s also an art lover, and enjoys going to the theatre to watch movies, reading poetry books, seeing her favorite artists in concerts, and visiting art galleries.
