With more than 10 years of coaching experience in Los Angeles and Toronto, he helps you improve body composition, strength and conditioning, and overall health, whether you’re a busy professional or a recreational athlete.
His approach starts with the fundamentals. By focusing on proper form and movement quality before adding heavy weight, Ronnie helps you build strength safely, reduce the risk of injury, and progress with confidence.
Every session has a clear purpose, but training with Ronnie is also engaging and enjoyable. He’s deeply invested in your success and supports you in developing habits that extend beyond the gym and into everyday life.
Originally from British Columbia, Ronnie is naturally outdoorsy, enjoying hockey and snowboarding in the winter and laid‑back beach days in the summer. At home, he’s just as happy gaming and spending time with his cat, Ted.
